Grandpa Lin, the founder of Grandpa’s Noodles, has been engaged in selling noodle dishes for more than 50 years. At that time, the roadside stall primarily serves a wide range of noodle dishes, such as noodle soup, vermicelli soup, flat noodle soup, wonton noodle, etc. After returning to Guanxi Township, Grandpa Lin has started selling homemade “Grandpa’s noodles” ever since. The reason why it is called “Grandpa’s noodles” is because Grandpa Lin loves children very much, so a lot of loyal customers’ kids begin calling him grandpa and “Grandpa’s Noodle” has also become many children’s favorite noodle house.
